L’Oréal/ Women of worth campaign
THE BRIEF
L’Oréal’s Women of Worth initiative recognizes women across the country who are creating meaningful change in their communities. The goal was to produce a series of films that honored these women while maintaining the brand’s polished and aspirational tone.
THE APPROACH
I led the visual direction and cinematography, developing a cinematic style that balanced documentary authenticity with L’Oréal’s refined brand aesthetic. Rather than relying on traditional interview setups, the goal was to capture the women within the environments where their work and impact unfold.
EXECUTION
Through natural light, intentional framing, and observational storytelling, the films positioned each honoree as both an individual and a catalyst for change. The visual approach focused on quiet, powerful moments—allowing the women’s stories and communities to carry the narrative while reinforcing L’Oréal’s message that worth is defined through action and impact.
